Ms Clare Quigley MB BCh BAO MSc Sch MD FRCOphth FRCSI (Ophth) FEBO

Ms Clare Quigley is a Consultant Eye Surgeon, sub-specialising in cataract, oculoplastic and orbital surgery. She studied medicine in TCD and graduated as a Scholar with Honours in 2014. Ms Quigley completed Ophthalmology training in Ireland, during which she ranked top in Europe in the European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma exam in 2021. After completion of Ophthalmology training in 2023, Ms Quigley completed international fellowship training in oculoplastic and orbital surgery. Ms Quigley's clinical fellowship training took place in James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, UK, a major trauma centre where Ms Quigley also worked as a consultant, and in the Royal Adelaide Hospital, South Australia, a prestigious and demanding fellowship with worldwide recognition in oculoplastics. Ms Quigley has a keen interest in improving the quality of life of her patients, and in clinical research in ophthalmology.
