2017 AECOS - European Research Award

American-European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery 2017 European Research Award.

The AECOS European Research Award was created by the AECOS European organisation as a special interest project for promoting original research in the field of ophthalmology. The award is intended to stimulate and provide an opportunity for early research experience that will drive innovation.  

This Award is proposed to recognise and support the efforts of young researchers who are committed to investigative work in critical areas, specifically supporting a wide range of clinical and/or basic research projects related to anterior segment therapy (conservative and/or surgical).

The AECOS European Research Award was created to accelerate discovery by providing support during the execution of early research. 

Closing date for the award, which is worth €20,000, is March 31st 2017.
