The ICO Winter Meeting will take place on the afternoon of Friday, 18th November, followed by the Annual Montgomery Lecture that evening.

ICO Winter Meeting 

2.00pm    Welcome: Mr Tim Fulcher, President, Irish College of Ophthalmologists

                  Short Presentations (Chair: Prof Colm O'Brien)

2.30pm    Eyelids, Orbital and Lacrimal Grand Rounds

Moderator: Mr Tim Fulcher

The ICO is delighted to announce that Prof. Timothy Sullivan, Professor of Ophthalmology, University of Queensland, Australia will join a case based panel discussion on eyelid, lacrimal and orbital problems at our winter meeting.

Mr Tim Fulcher will coordinate a Q&A session for a specialist panel relating to the diagnosis and management of a range of complexities in this area.  Prof Tim Sullivan will be joined on the panel by Ms Elizabeth McElnea, Mr Michéal O'Rourke and Mr Gerry Fahy.

4.00pm      Short Presentations (Chair Miss Yvonne Delaney and Ms Janice Brady)

The virtual posters will be displayed in the auditorium before the meeting commences, during the refreshment break and following the meeting conclusion.

Lecturer: Professor Timothy Sullivan, MB, BS, FRANZCO, FRACS, FRCOPHTH

Professor of Ophthalmology, University of Queensland, Australia

Prof Sullivan is former President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery and the Asia-Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and an active Fellow of the American and European Societies of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

In his lecture, Prof Sullivan will highlight advances in the management of orbital diseases over the years through improvements in imaging, diagnostics and treatment resulting in better outcomes for patients.
