Santen (SEE): Improving Patient Pathways- New Models of Care

29 June 2021

Time: 18:30-19:30 GMT

COVID-19 has forced us to deliver care in a different way, but evolving how we deliver care with patients at the centre is always important. In this webinar, Professor Francisco Figueiredo (The Royal Victoria Infirmary) will talk about patient perspectives in dry eye disease services and any considerations that need to be made when redesigning care pathways or offering different services to patients. Professor Fiqueirdedo will be joined by Professor Robert Harper (Manchester Royal Eye Hospital) who will discuss the implementation of CUES and its impact on patient referral rates and what this means for primary care services. The webinar will be chaired by Miss Fiona Spencer.
