The next ICO Medical Ophthalmology Sub Specialty Workshop will take place on Friday 7th September, 2018 at the Learning Centre, Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital.
Patricia Blunden, HSE Change Management Resources, Advice and Support, will talk on Understanding Change Management - What Makes Improvement Efforts Successful.
The workshop will run from 11.30am to approx 3pm.
Refreshments will be served on arrival and the meeting will include a working lunch.
